By accessing and using WildConnect ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.2 User Responsibilities: You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services.

2.3 Account Types: WildConnect offers accounts for individual users and outdoor organizations. Organizations must provide valid business information and are subject to approval.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to scrape or copy content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 User Content: You retain ownership of content you post, but grant WildConnect a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

4.2 Platform Content: All Platform features, design, text, graphics, and other content are owned by WildConnect and protected by copyright laws.

4.3 Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Paid Services: Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5.2 WildCoins: WildCoins are virtual currency used within the Platform. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

5.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.

6. Outdoor Activities Disclaimer

6.1 No Warranty: We make no warranties about the accuracy of information provided by users or organizations on the Platform.

6.2 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for assessing your own skills, fitness level, and safety precautions before participating in any activity.

6.3 Third-Party Services: Organizations listed on WildConnect are independent third parties. We are not responsible for their actions or the quality of their services.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WILDCONNECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOST PROFITS.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or any reason we deem necessary to protect our Platform or users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
